Day 1 : AIRPORT PICK UP -CELLULAR JAIL -CELLULAR JAIL LIGHT AND SOUND SHOW

Arrival at the Veer Savarkar International Airport. Our team executive will receive you at the airport and brief you on the complete tour itinerary and will escort you to the hotel. You can fresh up at the hotel , have lunch. After lunch we proceed to Carbyn’s cove beach. This beach is an unspoiled and tranquil sandy beach located near Port Blair. It allows visitors to relax alongside & enjoy various water sports like Jet Ski, Parasailing, Boating. In the evening, Light and Sound show at the "Kala Pani Jail" also known as The Cellular Jail. A golden opportunity to dig into the great history of Indian independence. After the show you can have leisure time at Marina Park. Night Stay at Port Blair.

Day 2 : PORT BLAIR - BARATANG -LIMESTONE CAVES- MUD VOLCANO- RANGAT

Early morning we proceed to Baratang which is anchored at distance of approx 100kms from capital city Port Blair. If you are an adventure seeker then you must not miss this trip. We start early morning around 4.00 am to reach Jirkatang forest checkpost. From Jirkatang we take a special convoy passing through the tribal reserve area of Andamans. Convoy timing is restricted so make sure you reach an hour before convoy time. Since this area is having restricted access there are few rules you need to follow like you cant take photographs of tribes or give them any edible items. Throughout the convoy (2.5 hours journey) stopping vehicle anywhere in middle of forest or interacting with tribes is punishable under law. After crossing the forests of Jirkatang we reach the Middle Strait jetty. From there you will be taken to Baratng jetty in a ferry which is a 20 minutes ride. You will be taken in groups of 10 in a shared speed boat through mangrove forest and after reaching the nearest stoppage a small trek of 2kms to reach the limestone caves. Scintillating limestone caves are the major attraction of Baratang Island. After returning from limestone caves you will be taken to Mud volcano by road. Trek to Mud volcano is an unforgettable experience. We return to Baratang jetty to take ferry back to middle strait and wait for the return convoy. once we reach Jirkatang you can either stop and have lunch at the dhabas. Since the whole trek is through skiddy path, it is advised to wear comfortable shoes. From Bartang we start for Rangat Island by road. After reaching proximity to end of Baratng Island we take another vehicle ferry ride to reach Uttara Jetty On the way to Rangat you will pass via second Jarawa tribal reserve area. Night Stay at Rangat.

Day 3 : RANGAT-MORRIS DERA - DHANNI NALAH - DIGLIPUR

After breakfast we start our excursion to Morris Dera. This beach is blessed with beautiful rock formations and a perennial fresh water stream which meets the sea water at this beach. You can enjoy a small picnic at this beach with small sea facing eco friendly huts and sitouts.Later we start towards Dhanni Nalah. A short trek through the Mangroove forest and creek through a bridge made of wood leads you to Dhani nallah beach. This beach is covered with blanket of sea creepers with purple flowers, pine tress along the beach are added beauty. You can spend a leisure time at the isolated long stretch of beach. After lunch we proceed to Diglipur. (3.5 hours) Night Stay at Diglipur.

Day 4 : TOUR TO ROSS AND SMITH ISLAND

After having breakfast we start our trip to the majestic Twin Islands . We take a speed boat from Ariel Bay jetty to reach our destination. You will be left in shallow water from there you can walk to reach the islands. Both islands are joined by a thin stretch of sandbar which is visible during low tide and you can just walk from one island to other island. Enjoy with your love in the isolated beach with no crowd to disturb your peace. Later return to Ariel Bay in speed boat and you will be left at hotel for leisure time. You can just walk in evening to Diglipur Bazar famous for a variety of food items. Night Stay at Diglipur.

Day 5 : TOUR TO KALIPUR BEACH - SADDAL PEAK

Enjoy a short picnic at Kalipur beach , the beach offers a panoramic view of Saddal peak which is the second highest peak of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Later if you can proceed to trek Saddal Peak. Night Stay at Diglipur.

Day 6 : DIGLIPUR - PORT BLAIR

Depart from Diglipur Island to Port Blair (325 KMS) by road through the dense tropical forest and Jarawa Tribal reserve. You might see Jarawa Tribe while passing through the tribal reserve. On your journey you will take the route of Andaman Grand Trunk road passing through Mayabunder, Rangat and Baratang Island to reach Port Blair. Night Stay at Port Blair.

Day 7 : CITY TOUR - SHOPPING

After breakfast we start our city tour. Visit to Naval Museum known as Samudrika which exhibits the rich sea life of Andamans. After lunch visit the Chattam Saw mill and Nature Park Haddo. Evening shopping at Sagarika Government Emporium . Night Stay at Port Blair

Day 8 : TRIP TO CHIDIYA TAPU

Trip to Munda Pahar . Beach is about as close to nature as it gets from its meandering mangrove cover to the stunning sunsets, Munda Pahar beach offers you the essentially Andaman experience. Only 40 minutes by road, the beach is also called Sunset Point that offers you a majestic view of the seaside sunset. The seabed however is very rocky and not recommended for swimming. Also famous for bird watching. Breath in refreshing air amidst the evergreen forest of Chidiya Tapu and enjoy the scenic sunset while enjoying a picnic with loved ones at the Chidiya Tapu Beach in Port Blair. Later you will be dropped at your hotel. Night Stay at Port Blair.

Day 9 : DROP TO THE AIRPORT

Drop to the Airport. Return home with pleasant memories of the Andaman Islands.

  1. This is only a quote & no reservations are made.
  2. We have not initiated any bookings and shall proceed with the same on receiving a confirmation from you.
  3. Any additional costs incurred due to natural calamities, political disturbance, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances should be covered by the customer.
  4. North Bay and Ross Island is closed every Wednesday
  5. Anthropological Museum, Fisheries Museum, Cellular Jail, Samudrika, Mahatma Gandhi National Park and Baratang are closed on Mondays and National Holidays.
  6. Chatham Saw Mill, Forest Museum, Sagarika Cottage Industries Emporium are closed on Sundays and National Holidays.
  7. Breakfast is not included on day of arrival and the hotels will charge extra for the same.
  8. All services including the hotel and room category are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  9. Hotel rooms are subject to availability, on verbal confirmation rooms will be blocked (if available) for two days. In case of non-payment of booking advance (which is 70%) the rooms will automatically be released after two days.
  10. All the eco tours and activities are subject to weather conditions.
  11. Though it is our Endeavour to stick to the tour plan in order to accommodate the above days we may shift the tour plan accordingly.
  12. If some of the museums stated in the first day of the itinerary remains unvisited due to lack of time then we will try to cover those on the last day but if due to lack of time or museum holiday if some museum remains unvisited even after the last day of the tour period then there will not be any reimbursement.
  13. The itinerary is tentative, the days and timings may be changed depending upon the ferry and boat availability.
  14. Tour Itinerary will be advised to you by our Guest Relations Executive after arrival. Tour Itinerary may be shuffled without prior notice because of holidays, inclement weather conditions etc. However all the sightseeing spots mentioned in the itinerary will be covered.
  15. Due to inclement weather conditions that may occur at Port Blair, some of the sight-seeing spots can be visited but may not be suitable for snorkeling, due to less or nil transparency of water. At some other spots, live coral which can be viewed from a glass bottom boat could be affected owing to rain or overcast weather. Light & Sound Show conducted in an open-air am phi-theatre in the Cellular Jail too, is totally dependent on weather conditions.
  16. The car provided is only for pick up and drop or as per itinerary any extra usage will be chargeable extra.
  17. Kindly note that we do not guarantee the sailing of private luxury cruise or private Ferry in case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same.
  18. The snorkelling trip to Wandoor happens either at Jolly Buoy or Red Skin depending on the permit issued by the Forest Department; we do not have any control over the same.
  19. Scuba Diving / Snorkeling/Fishing/Boating etc. have extra charges.
  20. Medical facility will be arranged on the guests own cost.
  21. There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full, what so ever may be the reason.
  22. All guests are requested to carry their ID proof.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Departure before 15 days:
  1. At the time of Confirmation: Token amount (advised by the White Sand Andaman , in case of non- refundable hotel booking in the package full amount of booking is required)
  2. Land package to be cleared 15 days before the departure. (In case of non refundable hotels or few destinations or cruise bookings full amount is required before the deadline mentioned - Rate of exchange difference applicable)
Departure within 15 days:
  • At the time of Confirmation full amount is required
  • Within 48 hours complete payment tickets and vouchers will be released (exception group departures)
  • Any payment within the bracket of 10 days from departure should not to be through cheque (other bank).
Payment Policy:
  • 50% booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
  • 75% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking.
  • 100% pay amount before 10 days of the departure date.
  • Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.
  • The above mentioned payment policy will not be considered in the case of peak season travel period. In that case you will be getting full / balance payment mail from operation team.
Cancellation Policy:
If you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. No cancellation or changes are allowed after departure.

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:

  • 30 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 75% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
  • Surcharges on Christmas and New Year period. Few destinations which overrules the below policy and come under 100% cancellation.

    • Cancellations are subject to the following charges:

  • Up to 30 days prior to departure: 50%
  • 29 to 15 days prior to departure: 75%
  • 15-0 days prior to departure: 100%
Payment & Pricing:
  • We urge our esteemed customers to make the complete payment at the time of booking to avoid any charges arising out of fluctuations.
  • In case of part payments, White Sand Andaman tours and travels reserves all rights to charge the higher value applicable as per the quote, till the time final payment does comes in.
  • During the period of traveling, any loss or damage caused to the customer shall be the sole responsibility of the customer only in case the insurance is not done. In case the insurance is done then Insurance Company is solely responsible for any such loss. White Sand Andaman tours and travels shall NOT be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the customer while travelling.
  • In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by White Sand Andaman tours and travels in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and the matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Port Blair Courts only.
